Life Skills Training has an exciting OPD program on offer in 2020, with a range of topics approved for delivery by the Attorney General's Department. All celebrants must complete 5 hours of OPD, with at least one topic being chosen from Table 1 (these topics include some marriage law content).

Attendance at any of our 5-hour face-to-face sessions or completion of any of our 5-hour distance courses will cover your OPD obligations for the year, and we'll report your completion to the Attorney General's Department on your behalf.

Please choose carefully as no refunds are available once you have enrolled and paid for your registration.

Plans for face to face OPD sessions due to COVID-19 outbreak

I have made the difficult decision to cancel all face-to-face OPD sessions from 27 March 2020 until 30 September 2020. October-December sessions are still available (but cannot be guaranteed at this stage). If you would prefer to undertake your OPD earlier in the year, please try out our webinar sessions or distance options.

Sarah Aird is the best trainer. She's a total self-confessed nerd for legals and details, so she's an absolute don of the game, but she presents in such a clear and easy to understand way laced with her dry humour that it's actually not the painful education process you're used to. Nat Sproal, Celebrant
